Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is a unique method of yoga, emphasising alignment,
precision and absolute safety. It encourages the use of props in order
to maintain the intended pose whilst respecting the body’s
boundaries and reduce the risk of injury. Beginners work on more
simple postures according to their capabilities. As the student
develops, more refined ways and more complex postures (asanas)
are introduced.
